Team Profile:

Created in 2005, Top Tuner fuels the passion of automotive customization, bringing awareness of the Tuner Culture to the mainstream. Top Tuner has played a pivotal role in development of some of the industries most recognized show cars through their innovation, fresh design and trendsetting. They’ve recently partnered with Can Jam Motorsports, focusing on Racing R&D, to connect the show car and motorsports worlds and change the face of the Tuner world as we know it.

Led by Edmund Dante Lopez Manasan, each member brings a specialty at the top of their game. To be part of Top Tuner, you must be proven, and recognized.

  • Top Tuner’s Sasha Anis shows hidden talent for drifting

    Who would have thought that a road racing champion could appreciate the joys of sliding and drifting around the track. In fact, it’s common knowledge that ‘grip racers’ qualify drifting as unprofessional. Top Tuner’s Sasha Anis admits he enjoys the activity from time to time, in fact, his racing career began with amateur drifting.

    Top Tuner knows a thing or two about Show & Shine. In fact, team manager Edmund Manasan turns out to be one of the most reputable custom car builders in Canada. Edmund’s main accomplishment was founding the Top Tuner program along with his associates Serge Leger and Tajai Das. Top Tuner has customized many vehicles (one of them priced at over $500,000 in modifications) that were presented at the Mecca of tuning and customisation - the Sema Show in Las Vegas. Along with many other awards, Edmund and his Top Tuner crew took four SEMA Design awards in a row with TT-built vehicles.

     

  • Team Top Tuner uses stock FR-S parts and wins Ice Racing Challenge

    Team Top Tuner took the win last month during the Scion Tuner Challenge ice racing event that took place at Quebec’s infamous Mecaglisse complex. It was apparent that team driver Sasha Anis was a little bit nervous: Sasha had never competed in ice racing before. But thanks to innovative ideas from his teammates, he had a great car that was up to the task. What did the technical team at Top Tuner do in order to properly prepare the Top Tuner FRS? They de-tuned it!
